StimPads Instructions
Follow these guidelines for safe and effective use of your StimPads electrodes
⚠️ Important Safety Notice
Caution! Do not use electrodes for stimulation if you have a cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or any other implanted metallic or electrical device.
✨ Step 1: Skin Preparation
Clean and dry skin thoroughly prior to applying StimPads electrodes. Electrodes do not stick well if any lotion, oil, make-up, dirt & etc. are left on the skin.
📍 Step 2: Application Area
Do not use StimPads over open wounds or over swollen, infected, or inflamed areas or skin eruptions. Apply StimPads only to a normal, intact and clean skin.
👆 Step 3: Remove Electrodes
Gently pull off the StimPads electrodes from the protective film by lifting the edge of the electrodes.
❌ Important Reminder
Do not lift the electrodes from the protective film by pulling the wire.
🔌 Step 4: Connect to Device
To connect; push the pin into the connector of the electrodes or press the connector over the clip. Always switch off your device before connecting or disconnecting StimPads electrodes.
💾 Step 5: Proper Storage
After using StimPads electrodes always put the electrodes back on the "correct and readable side" of the protective film.
